I am looking for anybody who knew PV2 Floyd L. Prince. He was stationed at Camp McNair in Japan. He was from Long Beach, Ca and was engaged to my Mom. He was seriously wounded in action by a missle on Feb.8, 1952. He then returned to duty(FECOM.) He was shipped to Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco in June where he died of Hemorriagic Fever. He died on June, 27, 1952 and was buried in Long Beach,CA. Does anyone remember him and can you tell me anything about him or his illness? Did he get this fever in Korea or on the ship back to the states? Did he ever mention my Mom-Joan? Please let me hear from you with any information about Mr. Prince. I would be most grateful.
