I am trying to help my Brother-In-Law (Luther Ray McCallister) with his VA claim. I am trying to find proof of his service in Korea (approximate dates July 1954 to January 1956). He was in the 19th Regiment 24 Infantry Division. He doesn't remember what company/battalion he was assigned. Can anyone help?

Comments: My Dad (Francis L. McPartland, joined the Army after he arrived to the US from Ireland) was in Co. 'E' 19th Inf Reg, 24th Inf Div. He was injured on April 24, 1951 near Cherowan, Korea and awarded Purple Heart on May 7, 1951. He spent more than a year at the Tokyo Army Hospital after his injury.He passed away in Feb, 1987.
I am looking for any Company E 19th Inf Reg, 24th Inf Div. survivors who may have knew my father..
