In 1998, Stephen Endicott and Edward Hagerman wrote a book called 'The United States and Biological Warfare: Secrets from the Early Cold War and Korea'. In it, the authors allege that the U.S. Air Force engaged in germ warfare against North Korea. Does anyone know about these allegations and have solid evidence either supporting or refuting them?
