My name is Donald Shaw, I was in the 9th Air Police in 1950 when General Travis was killed in the B-29 crash. We just ate chow and ready to go on duty when the driver came out and drove us toward the crash, we were almost there when it blew up. Around 1952 a group of us was sent tdy to Guam, when i came back to Travis, I was sent to Engand until i got discharged.
