I was a SSgt, assigned to the 6171 ABS/Security Police from Nov 1984-Nov 1985. It
was the most rewarding part of my USAF career.

Contacting 1967 thru 1968 KWANG JU KOREA AIR BASE PLUS DUTY at four plus
Other work site's
Was on roads driving 25 to 150 miles a day. ON KWANG JU I HAVE MY ROOM IN THE
MAIN, KOREA AIR FORCE BUILDING WITH KOREA OFFICE SHAREPOINT
FOOD WAS BETTER THEN THE US MET HALL BY MAIN GATE on K7.

I was there and have the year book, I worked in Transient
Maint. Sadly, though, I do not know of any combat action,
just a few alerts during the Yuan Kipper War. I do remember
as I was leaving there was an altercation on the DMZ in June
of 74.

Anyone who can help verify that this base existed with documentation or names of members there 1972-1974. I need help proving we were there and combat actions occurred..............Need help. Anyone Please Trying to prove disability for 36 years. Commanders Col Krammer and Major Bardger
