Comments: Private First Class Bruno was a member of the 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was seriously injured in South Korea on March 11, 1951 and returned to duty on March 26, 1951. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on April 13, 1951.

Son of Leo Bruno and Mary Bruno of Saint Louis, Missouri.
