Comments: Private Wallace was a member of the 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in Korea on July 14, 1950 and died of those wounds on July 17, 1950. Son of Andrew Fletcher Wallace and Edith L. Davidson Wallace of Pittsburg, Kansas. He was known as "Jim."
