I am helping my father-in-law search for any reference to the unit he served in during the Korean war. His name is: Hoyt Lock 548 Sullivan Rd Selma, NC, 27576 He served as a platoon sergeant with the 98th Engineer Photo Company attached to the 8th Army and later to the 5th Air Force. If you have any reference to that unit or to any of its members I would greatly appreciate your help. More: I have some more info from my father-in-law as follows: The 98th Engineer Photo Company was a 3rd Army company organized at Fort Bragg, NC and went to Korea attached to 8th Army and 5th Air Force. They developed film and produced photos for use by the men in combat with the artillery units. Company commanders were Cpt. Duer and Cpt. Durant. The unit was sent to Korea from Ft. Bragg in June 1952. In Korea they continued to wear the round patch with the A on it. Thank you, Mike Carper
