Comments: Captain Cicur was a veteran of World War II. In Korea, he was a member of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 24th Engineer Construction Group. On June 27, 1952, he was piloting a small observation aircraft when it crashed and burned near Chunchon, South Korea. Hungarian heritage.
Son of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Cicur Sr., of Newark, Ohio. Husband of Nina Settle Cicur.
