Comments: Corporal Reeve was a member of Company L, 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division. He was taken Prisoner of War while fighting the enemy near Unsan, North Korea on November 2, 1950 and was killed by a guard on November 16, 1950. His remains were not recovered. In 2004, his remains were recovered, and on June 21, 2010, he was identified.
