Comments: I am putting together a book about my husband (for our children and grandchildren). There is a portion of his life that we know nothing about...except what visiting Army buddies told us. However I did not record any of those names (at the time). Floyd (sometimes called Theo) was in Korea in 1952 and 1953. If there is anyone out there that remembers him or has any pictures of him, please contact me. I do know that part of the time, he was with the Marines. Theo never talked about his experiences in Korea. I would like to have some information to enter in the book for the kids. He went through training at Fort Bliss, Texas.

Keywords: Floyd Theodore Farr (Pfc)
8th A Sp Trps Augm 8207th AU APO 301
(Floyd's father passed away and since Floyd only had one sibling, also in the Army, Floyd was sent home a few months early on a hardship discharge--to take care of his mother.)He served several years in the Army Reserves.
