Comments: My father and mother divorced when I was 3. I know very little about my dad. He was not a part of our lives until he became very ill. We were then contacted. My sister and I took care of him before he passed away, but he was in no shape to tell us anything about his past. I hope to find anyone who may have served with him and could tell me stories so that I can have a connection to my dad and help fill some of the emptiness. Any pictures would be greatfully appreciated.....I know this is a needle in a hay stack, but I hope I find the needle.

Comments: Ethel Enocksen from Cedar Lake, Indiana, is alive and well and would love to get in touch with old pals from her unit.

Thank you very much for keeping me informed and on your list.

I arrived in Yokohama, Japan just as the Korean War ended in July l953 but we were busy repairing and accounting for equipment and many Korean War vets came over to help us and told us their stories.

Folks don't realize how hard those men fought and how they suffered in the cold weather. We must never forget our Korean War veterans and you do an excellent job of keeping those stories and men on the records forever. Thanks. Ethel WAC l952-l958.
