Comments: I served in the 630th Ordnance Company (Ammo) from 1952-1954. I was in the motor pool. I drove an ammo truck to the 38 th parallel and was later assigned to the supply parts group in the motor pool. I remember friends Kennedy, Benson, Hoffmann, Espitizito and a Korean national who also worked at the motor pool parts group named Kim.
Anyone remember these guys? I would love to hear from you.

Comments: Remember before we left Campbell, the MPs ringed our
barracks because of the fight between our company and
the 101st barracks? The MPs escorted us to the airfield
at night for our flight to Calif. I remember those
first three days on the Buckner, that's the sickest
I've ever been. I went with Sgt Green on TDY twice to
start other dumps. Ban Me Thout and Tuy Hoa. I was at
Ban Me Thout when my time was up. They told me to get
my stuff and get down to Cam Rahn so I could go home.
While I was at ton su neut, the camp got hit one night,
six guys got killed that had come in country 6 hours
before. Being with you guys from the 630th was a
pleasure for me. You guys were great friends! Thank you
for being there with me.
