452nd Communicatons Squadron

Re: photos of 452nd  and Unit Presidential Citation

Former Sgt, John R. McVey and his son sent in several photos of the
452nd in Miho and of the 1st Radar Squadron 5th Com Group.

John lives in Dallas and son Vaughn works for the DISD. The radar 
squadron received several Army and Air Force Unit Citations, including
a Presidential Unit Citation.

John served from 27 Oct 1950 thru 24 Feb 1952 , in country at K-9 from 
April of 1951 to June 1951 (Kangnung).
