As history has shown the Bennington was a  jinxed vessel, typhoon damge
in the Pacific, boiler explosion at Gitmo Bay, Cuba, damage again in the
North Atlantic in heavy seas, and I mean heavy, water over the flight 
deck, and then  catupult fluid explosion off Rhode Island killing many 
good boys, which I narrowly missed.
