Comments: According to records my father was lst Sgt of a company
in the 2/7th. Records indicate Inchon, Pusan, Wonsan
and central Korea. He was wounded Jun 8, 1951 at Hwanchon
Reservoir, quite seriously. He retired Sep 1957, as lst
Sgt of a detachment of 3rd MAW in 29 Palms. He was
adjutant of lst Joint Assault Signal Company (as W.O.)
for assault on Roi Namur, Saipan and Tinian.

If anyone remembers him, I would appreciate contact

Comments: My grandfather, James T. Waddell, was a member of Fox 2/7 and has been interested in finding anyone he served with. There was a post here from an Elmer E. Johnson who claimed to have known him, and he is very interested in contacting him.

He also remembers a Jerry Trotter. Any information from the individuals or family members would be greatly appreciated!

Comments: Hello, E/2/7: I'm reposting my earlier request for contact with any old buddies of my late Dad, Sgt. James Noble (E/2/7 machine guns, Korea, Feb 1952-March 1953) as I'd forgotten to give the nickname many of you might have known him by: "Kelly" Noble. Thanks to those of you who already have called or written; I deeply appreciate it, and welcome any other such contacts. Semper Fi -- Sean Noble, Chicago, noble-s@sbcglobal.net, 773-467-0517.
