Was KIA 5th of may 1952. He is survived by 2 sisters and myself his first cousin, who would love to hear from anyone who served with or knew him. His nickname was John Henry. All we ever knew was they said he was killed by a sniper. we would like to know the area and any info we can obtain. Semper Fi, from a FMF corpsman myself.
Thanks
Bernie

Comments: I'm trying to contact anyone who knew my Uncle Jackie---John Roland. I know he was in 7 Marine reg, 1st Mar. Div, possibly 2 battalion--not quite sure--I was only two years old when he was KIA--and would love to hear about him from anyone who knew him. My Mom (his sis) passed away almost 19 years ago--and they didn't talk about him that much--memory was too painful--If anyone out there knew him please contact me. Thanks. Jean Radecki
