BILL CONKLIN wrote on November 8, 1999 CITY AND STATE: NOVATO CA UNIT: 84TH TC SQD BRADY 50-52 SERVICE OR RELATIONSHIP: Comments: Went over with the origional group of C-46's from Chicago Via Shaw Field and the US General Anderson from FT Mason California. 21 days Returned to Memphis Tenn. via Tokyo, Shmya, Ankcorage Alaska,and McCord Field on a TWA C-54 Bucket seats Airliner 21hr's Keywords: I was stationed at Ohare Field when the 437th got recalled and our whole outfit joined up with them at Shaw Field. I was with the 84th until our crew came back to Memphis in May 1952
