Comments: I, Danny Wayne Jackson, was born September 27th, 1957 @ 13:10 hours to then Airman Harold Eugene Jackson and wife Hazel Marie Jackson. As an AF Brat this is as close to a hometown as I have. When we left some time in 1960, I was two and half years old. I don't know if it was true, but was told my vocabulary at the time consisted of more Japanese than English.

Comments: I was back visiting Itazuke, alone in the Boys Club on the night of June 23rd. Sirens went off, lights were shot out, guns were tested on the hill behind the clubhouse. It was a visit that I have never forgotten.

George W Lucas, RT, then a tall AF SSGT in whites and khakis. He sailed from Japan through typhoon weather Jan. '54 to the States with his wife and infant. A photographer and electronics hobbyist.
