5TH MOTOR TRANSPORT SQUADRON 5TH MULE TRAIN-KOREA |
| SUSAN BROWN wrote on April 26, 2012 City and State: RANCHO CUCAMONGA CA Unit: FATHERS UNIT: 5TH MOTOR TRANSPORT SQUAD Service or Relationship: FAMILY MEMBER Comments: My mother passed these 17 inch patches (2 of them) on to me after my father & oldest brother died and I really don't know what to do with them as I myself have no children and my husband just recently passed away. Don't get me wrong these are nice patches with a cute Mule in the center of them. I'd hate for them not to go to someone who really was in this Squadron over in Korea and maybe lost their personel patches and are looking for replacements. Just contact me aa I'm sure my father (Meryl James Lee, Sr.) would appreciate someone getting them that knew about the squad. Thx so much, Susan Lee Brown Keywords: My father was in the Air Force & sent to Korea at one time. |

Miller and I served in Korea as S/Sgt with HQ5AF April 1951 - April 1952. I rotated to Keesler AFB, MS where I was stationed until release from Active Duty later in '52. If any of you worked in PRC during the time I was there please contact me. My boss for most of the period was Major Harry G. Entwistle. I am doing a bio form my children and grands and would like to fill some gaps of events during that period. Thank you.
