COWELL JR. wrote on June 14, 2002 CITY AND STATE: WASHINGTON NC UNIT: 90TH BOMB SQ(TDY) SERVICE OR RELATIONSHIP: AIR FORCE VETERAN - KOREA Comments: Reply to Ray Sestak, 2001-11-17: I met him in DEC52 or JAN53 while in transit from France to Korea; think he flew F84s with 86th FB, Landstuhl,Germany; believe he was only F84 pilot of Project 4019 lost.think was was flying of Teagu when went MIA; really didn't get to know him on the MATS flight from Rhein-Main to Tachikawa, but the name hit me after 50 yrs.
