Subject: 452nd Bomb Wing (L)
I was a former member of this wing and was interested in knowing if
there are any memorabilia such as coffee cups, T-shirts, caps etc.
available for purchase? I was a member of the Food Service Sq. fresh out
of basic,age 17.We arrived at George in early Sept.by troop
train,greeted by the general and marched to the Hq.Bldg.We were assigned
to various units according to where we happened to be standing in the
formation and told there would be no transfers.Went to Itazuke,Miho and
K-9. Returned to states in May of 1952. Thanks for the web site and any
information you could provide.
