Comments: Does anyone know about Douglas Lees who died April 27th 1944. He had a brother Private Eli Arthur Lees who died in France in 1944 as well. These men are my uncles. My mother was just a child when her brothers went off to war and we are just looking for anyone who may have known them who could give us any additional information. What were they like? Thank you for anyone who could help.

Comments: My father was Capt. William V. Bibb of the 44th FB. I am just discovering this website - as well as the fact that my father and others have been memorialized in Des Moines, Iowa, as Iowans who were Tuskegee Airmen. He was killed in 1955 in Formosa, when I was just 10 months old, and I would like to know more about him. I urgently request anyone who knew my father to contact me immediately. Thank you.

Comments: I am an active duty F15C pilot flying with the 44th Fighter Squadron on Okinawa. Although the 44th has a rich history and combat record, there is a shortfall for historical literature. I am simply looking for any information, articles or just plain "war stories" anyone can provide me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Comments: I'm looking for a photo of an Air Force M-37 3/4 ton Dodge truck in Air Force blue with appropriate markings. Possibly someone has an image of such next to an aircraft? I am trying to restore a 1953 make/version, am willing to personalize with squadron markings, name, etc.

Comments: My father was Raymond E. Stallins and flew fighters with the 44th at Clark between fall '51 and summer '53, I think. I am trying to meet people who either knew or flew with my dad then, or can tell me more about the aircraft that were available at Clark during those years. I have many clean color photos of various F80s and one photo of what appears to be a parking field full of P-51s. However, I have no way of knowing whether my various photos all represent the same time period. Please reply to curtisstallins@yahoo.com if you are interested in speaking with me some time about your recollections of Clark; how I might meet someone who knew or flew with my dad; what kinds of aircraft were flown then; etc. Thank you for any help you can offer, Curtis Stallins
