All i know about David is that he fought in WW1 possibly as an officer. David was also Master Mason of the Glasgow Lodge rigalia displaying number 753.Jack we know was part of the LRDG and fought in Crete. He was in 33 Sqdn RAF and was awarded the Africa Star with bar plus several other decorations. A book by Charles Graves called The Thin Blue line was written about him and 7 of his friends. David Sawyers owned a butchers shop in Glasgow, David and Jack both lived in Glasgow but we're not sure if they were born there.
