MISSION QUESTION |
| JOHN THRASH wrote on April 3, 2011 CITY AND STATE: UNIT: SERVICE OR RELATIONSHIP: FAMILY MEMBER Comments: My step-father, Bernie Klotz was in the Korean War as part of a B29 crew. A few years ago I able to get in contact with another crew member from his plane and he sent me a complete list of all their missions, date, target and results. I was looking over the lists and he call one of the missions a golf ball mission and later on there was an entry that said the golf ball truce talks end today. Does anyone know what golf ball mission means. He also listed some of the missions as ECM missions. Keywords: B29 |
