Comments: Long time ago, a special Air Force Nurse flew out of Korea on an Evac aircraft. Her name was LT. Ann Kreitcher(sp). I want her to know that I made a donation in her honor, for the monument built in Washington for military nurses.

Comments: My dad's never talked about his work but lately was wondering if he was the only one left. He is 72 and in excellent health, I'd like to see if anyone remembers him or if he could refresh friendships with old buddies.

He flew as a medic, transporting wounded to Japan I remember him saying something about the 501St M.o.i.s. But i'm not sure what unit that was. He was in the Air Force, Left Korea in 1949.

Comments: Hello. I am working on a documentary on Military Medicine for the Discovery Channel. I would like to talk to medical personnel in the battlefield that 1)saved a life and is in contact with the patient, 2)used innovations in the battlefield that were new at the time, or 3)forced to used makeshift medicine to save a life. If you know of anyone or off places where I can post this request, please e-mail me at sydziza@aol.com. Thank you.

Comments: After spending 3 1/2 years with the 27th Infantry Division I entered the USAF, serving at Westover, Keflavik, Iceland and Bolling Field, Washington,DC A total of six years of service. It was a great experience for a young man 1947-1953. Met many great Americans. I salute all of them with emphasis on the combat veterans. We should all thank them.
