Comments: My Father-in-law was Charles Riley Lawson and he was a POW in Korea for 3 years. I would like any information about his time in the prison camps. He never talked about it until he was dying, and only then a few non connected phrases. Thank you for your time. Cyndi Lawson

Comments: I am a Detective with the Vacaville Police Department. I'm trying to verify that the following person was a POW. He claims to have been a POW at Pak's Palace in 1953 for 10 days. His name is Charles R. Branch DOB: 11-04-29. Is there any type of web site, etc. that would list the POWs?

Pyongyang locale

Located in the northern most area near the Capitol, this camp was so-
named after a notorious, Col. Pak, interrogator.

The camp was also close to several other camps to include Peace Camp,
known as Camp 12.
