Comments: Hello John,

My Dad also served in the Navy...in V F 71...on the USS Wasp, just before
it was sunk in WWII. It is comforting to know there are others out there
who are seeking info on their heritage. Sorry I could not help you but
good luck in your search.

Comments: My Father recently passed away and I was hoping if I could get some info. on what his duties were while in the VF-71. He was never the one to talk about his adventures.

Thank you.
