He left the ship in China due to a medical issue. Grandpa Erwin sang many of the songs he learned in the navy to all us grandchildren. He passed away in 1994 but it would be interesting to learn more about him, especially before I could know him. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. He was in the UDT. Did anyone know him? Any information woould be apreciated. Jim passed away on December 30, 2001. He left a wife, three children(all boys), and five grandchildren.
