Comments: My father in law was on the LST 529 1953-1954 hauling refugees and tanks in Korea. He has been talking about the ship alot and some ship mates. If there is anyone out there that remembers him please let me know. His name is Dennis Benz and he was from Wisconsin. He would be so excited..

Comments: My father was a chief petty officer stationed aboard the Cayuga County from '61 thru '63. His name was Joseph Kokosenski. Also Dean "Red" Dudding was stationed aboard.

Comments: i was aboard from little creek va to korea and
back again to san francisco 1950 to 53 i was FNEN1 main engine room stood throttle watches when underway and general quartes .inchon pusan wolmi do yung hung nam wolmi do and very many other landings. refugees etc evacuation of 1st cav and various other troops. iwas down in engnine room most of time so dont know much of what went on topside. am looking for photos. if anyone has any they would like to share please do so thank you the Gator Navy

Comments: He served in the Nave from 1950 until 1954. He was in the Korean war hauling refugee's in 1953 -1954. He passed away in 1987, but we had 3 daughters who are very interested in finding his shipmates. I am also.
