I am gathering information for him while he is preparing a video of his life. He is 83 years old born April 7, 1928. I would like to find a listing of his crewmates that served with him. He told me he primarily worked in the engine room. Can I be directed to this information and possibly more on the history of the crews and the USS Leo? He currently is residing in Bridge City, Texas. He gave it to me, as he knew I collected Militaria, especially that of the Marine Corps and Navy. It is small, approx. 5.5 X 4.5, white porcelin, with USS LEO, AKA 60, JAPAN, 1951, inscribed in gold-lief along all 4 edges. Would very much appreciate any history any one may have of the ship, the cruise this ashtray may have come from, was it something bought there as a souvenier? Thanks. Keywords:
