The ship was doing salvage ops on a down F-4 Phantom jet in about 50 ft of water in the southwestern coast of Luzon-Philippines. I need someone or something to verify such evolution in order for me to substantiate such event that is the basis of my VA re-evaluation for continued status as a disabled vet..
