Comments: I served on Graffias from January 1945 until June 1946. Started out as deck hand, worked as 1st Lt's yoeman and then became disbursing storekeeper striker. Bob Fabrizio was my boss. Would like to hear from anyone who might remember me. I have two autograph books and some pictures from that time. Including graffias at anchor somewhere and another where she is on the way to Oakland naval supply depot with golden gate bridge in background. Also one tied up at Tsingtao, China, dock in 1945. If you e-mail, make subject USS Graffias,AF29 so I can find the e-mail in spamblocker file.

Comments:

Activities of auxiliary vessels operating with the Seventh Fleet (i.e.
AF, AO, AE) based in Sasebo, Kyushu, Japan, during 1950 and 1951.

Especially those ships involved in UNREP (underway replenishment
operations). Interested in photographs of such operations and in
particular, seeking photos of USS Graffias taken from ships alongside
during ops. Interested in contact with former members of the Graffias
crew during the period from September 1950 to June 1951.
