"Bill" Bowen, served on board the USS Glendale in the early 40's. I was hoping to find someone who knew him and could provide any information and/or pictures. He died in 1967 of a brain tumor and I never knew him. I am trying to find out more about him and his time on board the Glendale. If anyone could be of assistance, I would greatly appreciate it! I was on the Glendale during the evacuation of Inchon. If my memory serves me, your father was LT Doyle, communications officer for the Glendale. I may have a picture of your father.
