Comments: Edward Larson went into the Navy in 1945 and was stationed on the USS Bremerton as a Seaman 1st Class, Fire Control Division. The ship was stationed in the Pacific for 'peace time maneuvers'. After 7 or 8 months aboard, the USS Bremerton was decommissioned and Edward was sent to Long Beach, California for re-assignment.

Comments: name is Donald J. Worthington and I ran the 3rd division as a leading bosums mate, was injured with shrapnel, Dodie was in the 20' mount and the shrapnel landed inside the mount. My men called me boats and after the fight I was transferred to the USS HAVEN ah 12 FOR NEARLY 9 weeks. I need help as the records are lost and medically I am a mess.
