Comments: I am attempting to locate anyone who might have served with my father, Richard L. Pruett. He served aboard the USS Los Angeles CA 135 until 9/1953 and then joined the Seabees. He was stationed at US NAVSTA 824 from 3/1954 until 1/1955. He was then stationed at HEDSUPPACT NAVY 3923 from 3/1955 until 2/1956. I don't know his Seabee battalion unit number.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
