Looking for birthfather

Comments: I know it's a longshop but then so was finding my birthmother Sueko Machi Curtis when I was 37 yrs old. All she could remember about my father was that either his 1st or last name was Otto, blonde hair, blue eyes, slight of build with acne, which I inherited and past down to my kids. He may have been an MP or worked in the motor pool on Kadena. My adopted father was also stationed there. His name was Sgt. Billy Cliff Ashley Sr. My birthfather shipped home approx. March 1953. I was born in January 1954. I would like to know if he would like to know what happened to me or would like contact with me, his daughter Kaeyoko Machi, now Linda Lee Ashley Garrett. Sueko gave me both names, 1 for the U.S. and 1 for my Japanese family with whom I have been also been reunited. I don't want anything from him except to hear from him, or a representative, one way or another about contact.
