Comments: My dad was awarded the Bronze Star, but never officially received it. He is soon "Going Home," to be with his Lord. He was a Medic with the rank of Corpral. The bottom of his discharge records read: St.Louis Missouri Aug 20, 1979. I guess it means that his records were burned up? I would love to have his bronze star for his ceremony, and to give to my mother when he is no longer here! Does anyone have any suggestions?

All military information that was given to the family about his death has been lost. Ralph Williams died Sept 3, 1950. He was a second gunner on a 75 mm. Comments: Let me say thank you TO EVERYONE of you for your service to our country……..My name is Lisa Reinhart. My uncle, Sonny (Noel) Reinhart, was in Korea and served with the 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. Rank: PV2. Serial Number: RA13350239, Branch: Infantry, Military Occupation Specialty: 04745. County of Residence: District of Columbia.

Sonny was take POW while fighting on 11/26/50 OR 11/30/50 (I’ve seen both dates published on references) and died while a POW on 2/28/51. Family won’t talk about it, but I want my sons (8 & 10) to know about him and his experience and sacrifice on behalf of our country. Can you please help? Did you know him or know of him? I would like to find out where he was fighting when he was taken, and the circumstances surrounding his death. Thank you so much. Respectfully, Lisa Reinhart
