Our gun section chiefs were required to turn in their firing mechanisms at 2145 to ensure there was no violation on our part. However, the Chinese artillerymen had no such requirement, and we took a lot of incoming fire during that last 15 minutes. On 11 Nov 03, I addressed a third-grade class on my experiences during the war. On 5 Apr 05, I spoke to two eleventh-grade history classes on the same subject. Both were well-received.
