Comments: My name is Howard Roberts when i enlissted in the army i picked the artillery i was a forward observer i wanted it my dad was in the artillery thats why i picked it.Im going to be deployed to Iraq in a few months and i wanted to track down any one that might have knew my dad he past 2 years ago from cancer any help would be great i have only 3 pictures of him in korea i hope sombody has some with him i could get copys of.

Comments: Looking for anybody who may have know my uncle or who may be familar with the above mention location. My uncle was wounded in November (Kunu-ri) and KIA on April, 9th, 1951 near the Hwachon Resevoir.
Cpl. Arthur "Buster" Gilber orginally with "c" Btry, 58th AAA AW Bn 5th Armored Division.
Reassigned to 82nd AAA AW Bn, "B" BTRY while in Korea. with this groped when he was KIA. Thanks

Comments: My Grandfather was with the 82nd during WWII. He talked about Luzon and different beach heads in the Pacific. He was also stationed at Ft Bliss in El Paso, Tx and was one of the last soldiers to give up his horse when the army did away them. I am just beginning my search, as he just passed away and so any info would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you

Comments: My father served in the 82nd AAA 2nd Inf. He was captured December 01, 1950 and spent time in several prison camps (camps 3 & 5 I know for sure). He was released in 1953. My Father has very little memory of his expeience. I am very interested to speak with anyone who might have known him or had a simmilar experience.
