Comments: Looking for anyone who knew 1st Lt Earle M Davis, Bn Surgeon.
Especially veterans, of Company F, who were at outpost QUEEN in
October 1952, when it was horribly mortared and soldiers killed/
wounded. My father, 1st Lt Davis, won his Bronze Star with V
device for his actions that night. My father, also a WWII vet,
passed
away in 1993. Thank You. Mr. Matthew Davis

Comments: I was in the 8219th Army Unit, a sister outfit to the 8221st, from January, 1953 to Feb. 1954. Jim Netland, Lou Nath, Rex Cline and I all knew some of the guys in the 8221st because we were in basic training together at Fort Sill, OK, including Newman, Paquin and Nichols.
