Comments: I don't understand the order of the army divisions, etc, so I am using the only info I have. We are looking for anyone who knew Raymond Crandall who fought on Pork Chop Hill and I believe was wounded at that time. Most of his records have been lost. Info from his brother is he was in the 7th cavalry, Indian division. Raymond never spoke about his service and had mental health problems probably related to it. His children, (one is my husband) would love to know anything anyone can tell them about that time. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Comments: I am wanting to know more about my Uncle James E. Kincaid. What do know about him is: He lied about his age in order to enter the Army. He was made a CPL before he left out soil to head for Korea. I was told he was shot in the head while fighting the ememy. Corporal Kincaid was a member of Company C, 1st Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division. I was named after this man and I really need to know more about him so I know what I have to live up to. I was also told he had many friends, some he loaned money to and after the war people showed up and my Grand Parents house to return money he loaded out and to pay there respects. PLEASE HELP me out.

Comments: I am looking for survivors that might have fought with my father, Robert L Groff. He was from MI/IN. He died May 1st, 2008, and I was given his medals and ribbons. He never talked about his time in Korea, and I may never know why, or how he earned the Bronze Star. He always told me it was for "marksmanship".

If anyone remembers my father, please contact me. Heather

Comments: I'm looking for anyone who served with my dad PFC Richard Stokes between 1950 & 1953. He passed away December 21, 2005 after a four year battle with colon cancer. I wish I would of found this site while he was still alive so he could have communicated with you himself. He thought of his old buddies often. He was very involved with Amvets & Sadsacks also. I was fortunate enough to make contact with three of his buddies families. I am hoping to find some of his friends still living. At least their families as well. Some of the names listed in keywords were household names as I grew up. Most of them I got from the back of my dad's pictures of his time in Korea.
