Comments: Attempting to get information on my cousin Herb. I know he received the DSC, Silver Star and Purple Heart. He was recommended for the MOH but was negated by a Korean Officer. He spent at least 3 years in a Chinese POW camp. Anything else to add would be greatly appreciated.

Buchanan(Afro-American), who served with him in the 3rd INF. Division,
58th Armor Field Batallion and 64th Field Armor Tank Bn.
My dad's chief of section name was Mazone(SSE Sargent).
Also, he would like to have information on his corporal who last name
was Cristie. Another man who last name was DuBoise
who was from Yougstown, Ohio. Along with, a man who's last name
was Robinson.

52. One cold place and war, went on to serve in SEA. The 65th Inf was a
proud unit from Puerto Rico and were mostly ex WWII GI's. They served
there country with PRIDE.
