He passed away when I was 7 years old (he was only 39) and I would like to connect with people that may have knew him during this time. BURSON wrote on January 6, 2009 City and State: SHREVEPORT LA Unit: 580TH QM SERVICE CO Service or Relationship: ARMY VETERAN Comments: I served in this unit in 1954 - 1955 i was a squad leader (cpl. of the guards ) there i played on the co. football, basketball, and baseball, teams of which we were very good teams. i remember some Earl Dodd, Carol Leslie, Gene Cutright (deceased), Puckett (ga) , Pfab, and lots of others that i can vision their faces but i cannot remember their names. I was transfered into this unit from the 40th Div. 40Th M.P. co. when the the 40th Div. went back to the States. I would love to hear from anyone. We could get a reunion up.
