KOREA - 1952-1953 |
| JOHN S. MARIN wrote on July 7, 2003 City and State: SUN CITY AZ Unit: 45TH QUARTERMASTER COMPANY Service or Relationship: ARMY VETERAN - KOREA Comments: Trying to visit with buddies in Korea, 1952-1953. I remember but a few of the guys by name, but could spot them in a crowd. The young man who always received Oreo cookies from home. A jeep driver (first name, Andy). A buddy from Puerto Rico named Pinuelas. Major Raymont T. Smith who helped arrange a transfer to Japan. My duty was sending messages out of our units in Korea at the Headquarters tent as I recall. If this rings a bell, e-mail me. John Keywords: |
