He said he was there... HE KNEW A KOREAN HOUSE BOY NAMED KIM ICK SOO (SORRY FOR MY MIS-SPELLING)...I THINK HE MAY EVEN HAVE PICS. HE SAID THIS WAS A VERY NICE BOY AND HOPES HE IS LIVING A FULL A LIFE. WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL HE WOULD TELL ME HOW JOYFUL THIS BOY WAS IN SUCH A TERRIBLE WAR. MY DAD SAID HE WAS VERY SAD LEAVING KIM ICK SOO IN MAY OF 1953 AND HOPES ONE DAY TO RECONNECT WITH HIM. Then known as Kim, Chun Soo, he worked with LT Wood from 50 - 52. He is also searching for CPT George L. Fountain, CPT Richard L. Forehand, and LT Symson. These men may have been in the 69th Transportation Truck Battalion?, the 42nd Transportation Truck Company, the 46th transportation truck Company, or the 74th Transportation Truck Company. Mr. Kim has recently retired from a career as a high school principal and would like to get in touch with the men who helped him as a young houseboy.
