Comments: I am looking for anybody with info on my grandpa Fred J. LaShure 32nd inf regt. My aunt used to tell me that my grandpa and 2or3 other men were missing in action in the korean war. I even remember reading old newspaper articles and even seeing pictures, but I don't remember anything else. My Grandpa and my Aunt have both passed away and I regret not having asked for more information before they passed on but I am trying to find out as much as I can so I may share the information with my own children who unfortunatly never had the chance to meet the wonderful man that I call "PAPAW"

Comments: I am trying to find out any information someone might be able to help me find. I am doing a search for information on my uncle Staff Sergerant Raymond "Red" Ridgeway. He drove a tank, when in Korea. He had a brother that was the same company and worked the sight and gun part of the tank, his name was Staff Sergent William Ridgeway (he had coal black hair). My father has been ill the last year, and is wanting me to try and find out anything I could, I am trying to find a way to get his records and any memories that someone might have. Comments: My father Sgt.W.B.Ridgeway and my uncle, Sgt. Raymond Ridgeway, both served with the 7th Inf. 32 Tank Company. My uncle was the tank driver and commander and my dad helped guide it and the gun. My dad remembers when they landed at Inchon and the bitter cold and frost bite that alot of the men got. How that they didn't have the proper clothing and how they would huddle together at times to just stay warm. He remembered a place called(this is probably misspelled) Chosun Reservoir. He speaks of a Camp Perski or with a "y" and that when he came back from Korea and then went back out to Germany and all he came back to California first and then he offically discharged (horonably) at Indian Gap, Penn. When at Fort Knox, Ken. for a while he was a Staff Sgt. He was in Korea in 1950-1951.

My uncle had red hair and my dad had black hair. My dad says he remembers Pork Chop Hill. I would love to connect to anyone that either remembers them or served with them.

Comments: Does anyone remember my father Doc Jennings? He was in the Invasion of Inchon, tank co, 32nd infantry regiment, 7th division. He would like to find anyone he knew, especially William Havard, (or does anyone know anything about William Havard?) My father and his unit saved General Ridgeways life... very interesting story... does anyone know about that? His other friend, got out of my fathers tank, and poked a land mine with his bayonnet and was instantly killed. Was anyone else there who remembers that? ANY info would be helpful. Thanks so much!

Comments: I am trying to help my father, Alvin M. Clouse find his old Army buddies. He was in the 32nd Tank Co. in 50/51, in Korea. He was on Tank #22. I'm not sure what his rank was at the time, but I think he was an E-4 or E-5. All I really know is he drove the tank. He has been looking for his buddies for a long time now. Some his has found or found out they have since died, either in the war or since then. If any of you out there can help him he and I will greatly appreciate it.
