We were redisignated Co E 2 MTB 40 Armor when the Army went pentomic and sent to Camp beavers...we had to completely level the hill and build the company area, diassembling our quanset huts and reassembling (a joke) them at Beavers. We had beat up M-46s but they were good, solid tanks. In Apri/May of 58, we got M-47s and I left in August. I'm looking for war history of the tank Co and TO and E. I believe it was 73th Tk Bn and had either M-26 or Easy 8 Shermans. Be happy to hear from anyone. Bill Keywords:
