Comments: all i know is he died in sept 1950 sleeping under a truck. this does not make sense to me. He was in the naktong river bed with the division artillary unit. after his death he was buried in the UN cemetary, but none of his personal belongings were ever returned when he was returned to the us for burial.i just would like to know what happen.

Comments: Sim was our "Houseboy" at the Radio Section. I had two letters from him after I left korea in 1952. I received no response to my 3rd and 4th letters to him. He was in communication with a potential sponsor in the U.S. I tried to locate this sponsor, but had no luck.

Keywords: Loren had some drawings published in the book "Second to None" published by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. Loren may help me to retreive several 35 mm color slides that I lost at Camp Roberts following our return Stateside from Korea in 1952. Any helpful information would be appreciated, no questions asked.

Comments: My sister-in law is Lloyd's last relative. She is trying to prepare a history/memorial of Lloyd for the grandchildren. How can I determine what medals/ribbons Lloyd was awarded? Can I or she obtain his records? Are there any survivors who might know what happened to Lloyd - was he wounded, how was he captured, etc.
