George Blue MIA Died in POW Camp

Comments: If some one can tell me the answer to this question, I have a Korean War MIA bracelet with the name of George J Blue. Ive looked his name up in the data bace and it says he died will he was a POW, but was not repatriated, is he still concidered a MIA?
